Jon brings over 20 years’ experience delivering research to major blue chip clients in the financial services industry. His interest in market research started at university, he has an MA degree specialising in Qualitative Research. He began his research career at Ipsos MORI. Before joining Research in Finance, Jon was a Research Director at Illuminas for 20 years. Equally skilled in qualitative and quantitative techniques, often the projects he conducts are a combination of both. He has particular expertise in the fields of proposition development, service strategy, comms development, and market and consumer understanding.
