Andrew has a wealth of experience in financial research, having worked in the industry for the last 8 years. Andrew joined Research in Finance from Capital One where he worked as a Lead User Researcher, managing various projects including their CX measurement programme for the UK business.
Prior to this Andrew spent 4 years at the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) where he was integral to the production of the FCA’s well-known Financial Lives survey spending time in both the Consumer Research team and FCA’s Intelligence and Information centre. Andrew has also worked at Kantar on the graduate scheme and has a BSc in Economics.
