Charlie joined the team in early 2022 as a Research Team Administrator and has grown with the company to her current role as Business Operations Manager. Her role is integral to keeping the day-to-day operations running smoothly, with responsibilities spanning IT, HR, finances, and client relationships. Charlie also supports the team to deliver their best work and is focused on building a positive and efficient working environment.
She is working towards formal HR qualifications, to support the growth of the company and enhance workplace culture.
With a background in Events Management, Charlie brings a strong foundation in organisation and problem-solving to every aspect of her role. Outside of work, she is studying for a Diploma in Financial Advice, gaining valuable industry knowledge to complement her contributions at RiF.
