Chris has over 25 years’ experience within the asset management industry having had roles within product, strategy, marketing and business intelligence as well as growing a successful research business
Chris started his career at JPMorgan Asset Management and held a variety of roles up to executive director level. He left JPMorgan in 2013 to join MackayWilliams as a partner. MackayWilliams was a boutique research organisation focussed on the European asset management industry, publishing regular reports, advising asset management leaders and taking on consulting projects. Chris and his partners sold this business in 2018 and he developed a global insights business around understanding investor needs and global asset management trends within Broadridge.
Chris has been a regular speaker at industry events, such as Fund Forum and ALFI conferences around the world. In addition he has been a regular commentator on industry trends and issues in the press across Europe. He joined Research in Finance in 2025 to deepen the insights delivered and spend time advising clients. Chris is a CFA charter holder.
