A former paraplanner herself, Natalie has been part of the Professional Paraplanner community for many years – first as an avid reader, and later as a contributor and speaker, with a regular presence at Professional Paraplanner events.
Her career to date has been rooted in learning, professional development and supporting others to grow. In her most recent role, she worked closely with both individuals and firms to help build capability and confidence across the profession. This experience shapes her approach as editor, with a focus on learning, professional development and creating space for conversations that matter.
