Jack is a Senior Researcher with over 4 years of experience working in the market research industry. He has worked for a variety of clients across both quantitative and qualitative projects within the Financial Services industry, such as Santander, HSBC, Experian and Money Advice Service.
Jack has worked on many online quantitative studies, managing key elements such as questionnaire design, analysis, reporting and presenting data. He has also been involved in a range of different qualitative methodologies, including focus groups, online communities, face to face interviews and tele-depth interviews.
Jack has joined the team having started his career at GfK, working with clients across a broad range of industries such as FMCG, Automotive, Retail and Financial Services. He is primarily focused on researching and managing projects within the Institutional Market at RiF.
