George joined the Research in Finance team in 2021 after gaining his accreditation in User Experience Research & Design with the UX Design Institute (Glasgow Caledonian University).
George supports the qualitative research team across multiple projects and studies and brings with him his passion and knowledge of User Experience. Primarily, George manages our online research communities; setting up these community projects and keeping participants engaged throughout to ensure that our research maintains a high level of quality with rich and detailed insights.
Prior to working in the financial service at Research in Finance, George spent 12 years as a Quantity Surveyor, in the construction industry, managing construction project finances. However, his passion for research and for solving users digital problems lead him to this exciting career change.
