Research in Finance is seeking a Marketing Manager to help to grow awareness of RiF globally among potential research participants as well as future clients.

This role has plenty of variety and requires some serious multi-tasking, such as:

• Develop and implement a marketing strategy for the research and publishing part of Research in Finance helping to produce supportive promotional material to generate sales;
• Work to initiate effective marketing campaigns on and offline, that translate into the wider business goals of Research in Finance;
• Source and create partnerships with organisations, publications and industry bodies that help to grow our panels;
• Manage the relationship and communication between RiF and our panellists including email strategies to ensure greatest engagement;
• Use the full marketing mix to implement campaigns that effectively grow our panels/circulation of BtoB and BtoC study participants.
• Be a technically skilled writer with an understanding of SEO best practice and the ability to produce copy for a range of different audience types, ensuring consistency in quality, tone and frequency of all communications across a variety of channels;
• Maintaining content on our website, writing and adding new content pages and producing insightful, relevant blogs from our research findings;
• Monitor marketing campaigns and their effectiveness maximising the use of an annual marketing budget;
• Ensuring consistency of brand across all marketing channels and touchpoints.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience within a marketing role and be excited by the prospect of working for a boutique, but fast-growing, research agency. Experience of the financial services industry is helpful but not essential, as full training in all areas will be provided both internally and by external providers.

The ideal candidate will have experience of, or a good understanding of, market research.
